Confirming a Booking
If the dates you have requested are available we will send you a Reservation Confirmation form (email or fax), for you to sign and return along with your deposit. Your Booking is not considered as confirmed until your Deposit is received. Dates will not be held without the full deposit.
Booking Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the rental fee is payable to secure your booking.
Balance of Booking Fee
The balance of the total rental amount must be received two weeks prior to your arrival date. A post dated cheque for this balance may be included with the deposit and the booking form. Bookings made within two weeks of your arrival must be accompanied by the full amount of the rental fee to secure the reservation.
Cancellation
If you should have to cancel (up to two weeks before your start date) the deposit may be returned at our discretion, less a $50 cancellation fee.
Payment
- Cheque or Money Order in Canadian funds preferred.
- Other currency cheques will be valued at the rate of exchange on the date deposited.
